There's a lot more options available now when you pick the looks for your new character.  Instead of around 3 choices per category, you now tend to have 6-9, not counting skin color.

I guess not enough...

me at level 70 on my aran i was talking to some 85 aran i had just met and it turned out he had almost the same range with a 15 level difference =S he didnt believe me so i posted it on imageshack and he was like D= lol

Best, Psy and I tried doing the Stop Balrog's Revival PQ that Manji sends you to. The way you sign up is the same way you sign up for Zakum or Guild PQ. Channels 5 and 6 are normal mode which allows for up to 15 people to participate, and the rest of the channels are easy mode which only six people can sign up. It's pretty simple stuff, attack the Balrog and hit the alters when they light up. When they light up you can't damage the Balrog. One thing of note, it has a 1/1 attack, but it warns you when it uses it and you can dodge it. I think it also has dispel. The PQ is between level 50 and 70.
